テーブル %1 がパブリッシュされましたが、列 %2 が含まれているパーティションの一部がアクティブでないので、複数の列に制約を追加できません。個別の DDL ステートメントを使用してください。

Can not add constraints to multiple columns because table %1 is published but column %2 is not in all active partitions, please use separate DDL statement.
