The TS Licensing database is corrupt. TS Licensing could not rename the TS Licensing database file "%1" to create a backup. Rename the file manually and restart the Terminal Services Licensing service. To reinstall the Terminal Services client access licenses (TS CALs), you will need to call the Microsoft Clearinghouse. When you call the Clearinghouse, ensure that your License Purchase Agreement information is readily available.
