Kanalen med en identifierad slutpunkt med EndpointAddress=X och Via=Y kunde inte skapas av DiscoveryClientChannel. Ett försök görs nu av DiscoveryClientChannel att använda nästa identifierade slutpunkt.

The DiscoveryClientChannel failed to create the channel with a discovered endpoint with EndpointAddress='X' and Via='Y'. The DiscoveryClientChannel will now attempt to use the next available discovered endpoint.
