Solution for "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus."
This error can be caused by 2 different reasons.
1. The file you are attempting to open IS infected by a virus and Windows Defender blocked it correctly
OR
2. The file you are attempting to open is NOT infected by a virus but Windows Defender think it is and is giving a false positive. If you know the file is not infected, simply disable Windows Defender to use this file, but remember to turn it back on after to continue being protected.
To avoid this error, you can use another anti-virus software, such as AVG or Avast, which have free versions.
